Love my apartment
September 23, 2024First of all, I am very very picky when it comes to renting an apartment. I research the address and check crimes that have happened. Well needless to say I loved everything especially the no crimes around the neighborhood!! I’ve lived in these apartments since 04/01/2024. Jessica and candy were so nice and helpful. Anytime I had a little concern they were so quick to fix it. I live right next to a dumpster ( I was so scared of roaches ) well since I’ve moved here I have not seen ONE single roach ...and I am so thankful for that. Of course I’m also a clean freak and the maintenance man always makes sure to keep everything clean. Of course if you walk your dog you may see occasional lizards , which don’t bother me at all because it makes me feel more tuned into nature plus I live reptiles. All I have to say is that I wish to stay as long as my neighbor (he has been here for over 13 years). I say give it a try I’m really in love with my choice of moving into these apartments! October 22, 2016Do Not Rent I took legitimate health concerns dog feces and fire ant mounds on every walkway. Was told to find out what apt the animals belong to. Seriously.Was charged a full months rent my security deposit and a 963$ penalty when I decided to leave because the manager ignored my concerns. Now they won't let me have my mail. I was also told I had been over paying my rent for 3 months per her records but not in titled to money back because they didn't have it down as credit.
