August 5, 2025Absolutely love living here! The area is super nice and feels really safe, and the sparkling pool is such a bonus, especially on hot days. The apartments themselves are super spacious, which is hard to come by, and everything feels well taken care of. I love Park Place
August 2, 2015I have lived here at Park Place Apartments in Springfield, Mo. for over 10 1/2 years and I can honestly say it's home and you couldn't live in a better place and it's not just living here I love. It's the people, the neighbors who feel like family more than just neighbors. We look out for one another and it makes me feel safe living here. Park Place...not Boardwalk!
July 22, 2015In August we will be have lived here 2 years.It is a nice neighborhood and close to my job. The staff is helpful and maintenance staff is quick to fix problems. They are willing to work with us on issues we have. It is a great place but not where we'd like to stay forever unless we get into a 2 bedroom we are in a 1 bedroom with 3 of us so not ideal but necessary.
