Nicest staff ever!
January 15, 2020The minute my fiance and I walked into the office to go on our tour the staff was super friendly. The maintenance team gets repairs done usually within 24-48 hours if not sooner. The gym is nice for having one. Recommend!Review from Apartments.com

2 years at Park Place
January 15, 2020My husband and I have lived here for 2 years. The one bedroom was great for us just starting out although it was small for all of our stuff! We now life in the three bedroom and have tons more space. Wonderful place to live!
January 15, 2020To start off, the front office staff is so extremely kind and will help with any questions you may have. The apartment itself is extremely nice and spacious, if you have a problem the wonderful maintenance team is quick to help! They also have a beautiful pond in the center that I really enjoy going down to to read a good book and write. My absolute favorite part is the salt water pool! The chairs are padded, with chairs in the shade and the sun, whatever is best for you. I’ve lived here for a ...while now and it has honestly been so nice, almost like a little vacation spot when I want to get a tan by the pool. Great Maintenance!
March 12, 2019I called on a Sunday because my freezer stopped working and was making very loud noises, and the maintenance guy came in to look at it ON HIS DAY OFF! The very next morning the guys installed a new fridge for me, I wasn’t home so they literally had to take everything out of my old fridge and put it back in my new fridge, and it looked so nice and neat! Great place to live!
February 12, 2018Park Place Apartments is a wonderful place to live! It was mine and my husband's first home together and we lived there for 3 years. There's so many amenities to take advantage of, as we did! The atmosphere is very calm and quiet, and walking around the pond with our dog was always relaxing. The maintenance staff was professional and fixed issues in a timely manner when we had them. Don't waste your money
June 13, 2017The WORST place I've ever lived. Really cruddy apartments, everything is gross and breaks but they never fix it. Just slap a bandaid on it. Office staff is horrible. They release personal info to other tenants. The only way to get things done is by calling cooperate over and over.
