DO NOT MOVE HERE
January 3, 2022If you are genuinely considering moving in, please take the time to read this. I wish I could give it less than one star. Moved in and everything was great and I absolutely loved it. At some point there was a change in management and it went downhill. They seemed to be more focused on curb appeal than maintaining the actual buildings. One night the fire alarm was set off three times because it needed serviced I suppose and their solution was to turn off the system. How safe....powering off the ...fire alarm in a large apartment building. It was brought to many peoples attention that they would raise certain tenants rent so they could rent out others at a lower rate. They decided to paint the walls in all of the buildings. Workers came in early and would blast music and stare at you and laugh if you walked down the hallway. There was so much dust they set off the fire alarm twice. All of the tenants got letters that they were to leave their doors open all day and crate any pets so workers could finish painting the door frame. You want me to leave my door wide open while I'm at work all day so these strangers could willy nilly walk into my apartment. NO. Started out as a great place I called home to ending my lease early.Property Manager Responded

We work hard to provide a welcoming and comfortable community that our neighbors find value in. Hallway painting, landscaping upgrades, surface lot reports, adding amenities are all part of our improvement plan for the community. In 2022, we will add a Fitness Center and replace all hallway carpeting throughout the buildings.
