I think this place is nice, Isaac has been top notch since day one. He is no fuss and to the point, I was able to ask him questions with a quick response up to the very day I moved in. Even though there is construction now, and no clubhouse or amenities currently - I don’t mind that. I was well aware of this before moving in. a nice setting for me focus on my at home work. The construction crew is very very quiet and mindful of the times they work, and things will settle soon. If you are ordering a package, do try to send it to a locker, the address is a bit hard to find- my door dashers find it because I message them to use Google Maps instead. The apartment is nice, mine is clean and efficient, it feels bright and upscale, and there are thoughtful details….for me not a forever home, but a stepping stone in a nice area.
