    Ask any resident when you drive through how they like it here. New construction but the apartments are falling apart. Maintenance takes forever and even if they do come, the issue won’t be fixed. The lease is full of sneaky rules. Can’t keep your garbage cans outside. You can’t park in the lots, they threaten to tow you. Only guests can park in the parking lots. Driveways are too short to accommodate 2 cars and the garages can barely fit a compact sedan. Dog poop bins outside are always ...
    overflowing. There is no club house, no pool, no staff on property. You can’t get any packages delivered without it being returned to sender because Gordon Management can’t get the addresses in the system. There are kids playing unattended outside screaming. Lease states thats not allowed but I guess they’re more worried about playing parking lot enforcement and garbage can police. This place is way too expensive to deal with all of these issues. They really need to get their stuff together before its remotely worth the money
