Stay away, building is falling apart.
August 12, 2025Where do I begin? Within the first three months of moving in, the washer broke and had standing water in it for a week before it was fixed. The A/C broke. The draining of water for the entire apartment quit working. The toilet stopped flushing. The hallways of the building smell like a dead animal. The building is falling apart and they want to charge like this is a luxury apartment building. And oh joy I have 9 months left, can’t wait to see what breaks next! Wahoo!Property Manager Responded

Have lived here 5 Years
July 14, 2019I have lived in these beautiful apartments for 5 years and it is a totally unique experience in this area. This is a 21 story, modern, high rise apartment building right smack in the middle of downtown. There is no other like it in central Kentucky. I have found management and staff to be very caring, very responsive and very accommodating. I don't know how you could find a better value as far as price. Everything is included in my rent! Parking in the garage, electricity, cable, internet, trash, ...all included! That also means I didn't have to run all over town setting up accounts and making deposits for utilities! There is a concierge here every day until midnight. We have secure elevators and building doors. I don't have to worry about lawn care or snow removal. I park in a garage so I don't carry groceries in to my home in the rain. So convenient. We have a Pet Spa, Gym and Tanning Bed also included in rent. This is a very pet friendly building. There are restaurants of every kind within steps, including 2 in the building! The main branch of The Lexington Public Library is in a connected building. There is nightlife, the farmers market, Thursday Night Live, we have downtown festivals, parades and celebrations just steps outside the door. I don't know what more one could want from an apartment but, for me, VALUE, courtesy, convenience, and the excitement of a unique, downtown location is everything. Beautiful Apartments
April 21, 2018Beautifully renovated apartments with a spacious open floor plan with two bedrooms. Love the views of the city. Fun exploring all the different places to eat and shop. Walking distance to the YMCA,don't need a car. On Saturday morning you can shop for fresh vegetables and meat at the Farmers Market two blocks from Park Plaza Apartments. So convenient to everything. good location, bad everything else
August 9, 2015Only good thing is location. Maintenance is horrible, building is outdated, and all of the leasing agents quit after a couple months so there is no consistency. The elevator going to the parking is often broke down for several days, indoor pool and hottub is closed permanently so Park Plaza also lacks amenities. I do however love the location so that makes up for some of what the building lacks.Review from Apartments.com
Downtown. living at it's best
August 16, 2015I love living in Park Plaza because it is right in the heart of Lexington. I can walk to restaurants, bars, the library, the Opera House, Rupp Arena,my job...really within a mile of most anything downtown. I have a corner unit so it has a window in both bedrooms and two windows and a sliding door in the living room. Great view of main street out living room windows. The layout is nice and the place feels very spacious for it's size. I actually have more storage space in 1047 sf then I did in ...1400 sf. Rent is reasonable for downtown and only bills I pay on top of rent are upgraded cable and water. Easy parking in the library garage, private entrance from garage and a doorman in the evenings once the office closes until midnight. Gym and tanning bed for residents as well as free use of a party/meeting space on ground floor. Definitely worth a look!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 20, 2015My girlfriend and I signed a lease for a 1 bedroom apartment for an 11th floor apartment in Park Plaza Apartments. We came across this apartment on Apartments.com! The location was perfect, great view and a just a wonderful building. The apartment is perfect for my girlfriend and I! We will be officially moving in August 8th!
