March 31, 2026Upon moving in, we had a lot of small issues with paint, nicks in the baseboards, and chips/scratches in the floor. Although we are grateful for the transferred unit, these issues definitely would make me hesitant to refer a friend. Additionally, many residents do not pick up after their pets despite numerous waste pins and pick up areas.Property Manager Responded
