April 11, 2025ROACHES We have roaches all over our apartments and in the hallways/laundry rooms. No fumigation is happening and nothing is being done about the roaches. On top of that we have a lot of people parked in red zones and in front of trash cans making it hard to throw away your trash. Also there are people inside the trash cans all the time digging through our trash and there is no security at all they are never on siteProperty Manager Responded

We currently have a contract with Orkin, and they service the property on a weekly basis for pest control. If you're still experiencing issues, please contact the office so we can schedule a treatment inside your unit directly. Regarding parking and trash area concerns, we’re actively working on improving enforcement to ensure red zones and access points remain clear. We understand how frustrating it can be, and we appreciate your patience as we continue to address it.
