During our recent move out from Park Ridge we thoroughly cleaned the apartment and asked about items we would not be able to take. Especially non-perishable food we wanted to donate to a local food bank. We were assured that these items would be taken care of and the food would go to local residents or college students. Imagine our surprise to receive a $400 charge indicating we had left bags of trash when in fact we left boxes of sealed non-perishable food as per our arrangement with management. ...
