Disappointing Move out experience
October 5, 2021During our recent move out from Park Ridge we thoroughly cleaned the apartment and asked about items we would not be able to take. Especially non-perishable food we wanted to donate to a local food bank. We were assured that these items would be taken care of and the food would go to local residents or college students. Imagine our surprise to receive a $400 charge indicating we had left bags of trash when in fact we left boxes of sealed non-perishable food as per our arrangement with management. ...We trusted management and were very disappointed.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
