SCAM DO NOT RENT HERE. This apartment is a scam. I first applied in January or 2024. The application fee was 40 dollars person, but on of the receptionist names Erica told us it was 75 each. They can’t get there prices straight. I was told two different rent prices for a one bedroom. They are very unprofessional and rude. Every time there was an issue with my application they never contacted me and let me know. Finally when I was excepted I paid my deposit fee which again was different from what ...
I was told it would be. I ignored all the red flags. Finally a day before I was supposed to move in they called me and told me that my apartment wasn’t ready and they I’d have to wait another month to move in. Then gave me a different story later saying that had no apartment for me at all. Even with all that I was still going to wait the extra month and called to ask follow up questions and the lady Erica was rude. She didn’t answer my question and told me either deal with it or come up here and get your deposit then hung up in my face. When I went to pick up my deposit they were rude and insulted me and my company I brought with me. They yelled at us and forced my friend to leave. Do not waste your time here. They will take your money and not move you at all. And if you read further reviews that place is roach infested and someone is always getting killed or robbed in those apartments. Good luck
