DON’T HERE FULL WITH BLACK MOLD

Water and Sewer/ monthly bill
June 28, 2021I am living in this apartment over 10 years in same home, single bed room, two members are in family. For the water and sewer paid $50.00 flat rate. New management , sending bill "One Point" company for water and Sewer almost $90.00 per month, but no individual meter for my apartment.. Talking with the management office, with Miss. Whitny, telling me they cannot change the policy. This seems to be killing residents who are here. If some one coming here as new kindly consider this seriously.Review from Apartments.com

March 3, 2020This has yet been the worse place I ever stayed! Since I been living here there has been shoot outs in the apartment complex, swat had to come out due to an hostage situation and live pd stay coming out here! People always coming to you asking if you wanna buy drugs, cars had been broken into and please stay away from the store across the street!!! Do not do it!!!Review from Apartments.com

Great experience
May 20, 2017My experience at the park was a good one, management was professional and accommodating. The manager Melissa is very down to earth and helpful and the maintenance staff is efficient. The location is convenient however the water and sewer charges are too high, property is well maintained for the age, I would recommend for the price and the friendly serviceReview from Apartments.com
could be better
September 23, 2015the apartment had mold in it. after a month and reaching out to the corporate office (which then the receptionist there yelled at me for calling them) maintenance came ,sprayed bleach, and left . the mold of course grew back and nothing else was taken care of. i also had a leaking toilet which stunk up the entire front end of my apartment but because i had a two bedroom two bath it wasnt an emergency so it was never taken care of. i also was a victim of domestic violence while living here and ...even law enforcement recommended i move into another unit. the front office of course as always gave me every excuse to why i could not move so i ended up breaking my lease and moving myself and my children all together for the sake of our safety. it would be so much better of the property actually cared about their residents.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
