No AC for two weeks and counting..

I am extremely disappointed with the way this property management has handled our AC situation. The AC unit still has not been repaired, despite me reporting the issue and following up repeatedly.
I call every day asking for an update, and I’m repeatedly told that someone will call me back. Unfortunately, those calls never come. At this point, it feels like my concerns are simply being ignored.

2-year-old nephew. This is not just an inconvenience—it is a serious living-condition and safety concern, especially during extremely hot weather.
All I am asking for is basic communication and for the AC to be properly repaired. Promising to call back and then repeatedly failing to do so is unacceptable.
I hope management takes this situation seriously and addresses it immediately. Tenants deserve to live in a safe and reasonably habitable environment, and they deserve timely communication when maintenance problems occur.
