The apartments are all dirty, and run-down and absolutely reek of either bug-spray and marijuana. Walls are swollen from water damage caused by clogged drains and heavily leaf cluttered roofs. The grounds have trash and litter everywhere. Significant mildew and dangerous wood rot found on stairways. While the clubhouse is maintained to higer level than the units and grounds, the pool is ridiculously small for such a large apartment complex. Not that you'd ever want to swim in it given the derlict ...

Didn't paint or clean before I moved in. Left me with no washer/dryer/Fridge for weeks. Had no AC for almost a total of 3 weeks the entire time I lived there. Horrible customer service. They never answer the phone. What a joke!

I love my community because of the location to all the major expressways, close to shopping, schools and other amenities I enjoy. I am only 20 min drive time from my job and the neighborhood is safe. The leasing staff is superb and handles any apartment issues efficiently. I would renew my lease but I am relocating out of the area.

If you're looking for an apartment in the heart of Jacksonville (Avenues, Tinseltown, Town Center) without spending tons of money, Park South at Deerwood is your place. This place is located right off the service road on Southside Blvd. The apartment grounds itself are pretty maintained and quiet, except for the usual offenders of throwing trash our their windows and blaring their loud music. The staff is courteous and are usually good about completing any maintenance issues.
