Horrible! Avoid at all costs!
September 18, 2025Didn't paint or clean before I moved in. Left me with no washer/dryer/Fridge for weeks. Had no AC for almost a total of 3 weeks the entire time I lived there. Horrible customer service. They never answer the phone. What a joke!Review from Apartments.com

August 17, 2015I love my community because of the location to all the major expressways, close to shopping, schools and other amenities I enjoy. I am only 20 min drive time from my job and the neighborhood is safe. The leasing staff is superb and handles any apartment issues efficiently. Good apartments overall
July 28, 2015If you're looking for an apartment in the heart of Jacksonville (Avenues, Tinseltown, Town Center) without spending tons of money, Park South at Deerwood is your place. This place is located right off the service road on Southside Blvd. The apartment grounds itself are pretty maintained and quiet, except for the usual offenders of throwing trash our their windows and blaring their loud music. The staff is courteous and are usually good about completing any maintenance issues.Review from Apartments.com
