Be very careful when renting here...
December 4, 2024I would hate for someone else to go through what I went through with this complex management. Is horrible!! You will have a bug problem, utilities going up every month with no explanation, work orders being ignored. Please be very careful. Bug infestation
July 21, 2022Do not move here ! Bug infestation never fixed the issue ended up moving out to a better place , also it takes them weeks to fix minor issues such as clogged sinks or dishwasher. Tub had a crack in it water pouring out through the bottom of the tub took management mths to fix the issue worst place I've ever lived also there is a homeless man that digs In the trash at night and walks around the premises leaking in tenants cars stay away !!!Property Manager Responded
July 25, 2022I remember when you moved out because WE FOUND the crack in the tub upon walking the unit at move out. It was never reported to us. Also we have Gregory Pest control on contract and they come every week to treat units THAT REPORT to us there is a problem. We also have onsite security and have never had an issue with homeless reported to us or the on site city policy officer that lives here. We wish you well on your future endeavors.

Stay far away from Park Square!!!
December 27, 2016Where do I begin. Hidden costs, manager on site doesn't do her job. Probably because most of the time she isn't even there. Office is closed more then open. Apartments are not clean at all. Cockroaches, tar going down the walls, furnace hasn't been cleaned since 2003, etc... They obviously let tenants smoke inside which is disgusting, goes right through the vents into your apartment and cannot get rid of the smell. The property is gross, garbage everywhere and property manager walks right past it ...and doesn't care. Laundry sucks, six washers/dryer for 96 apartments. Too top it off you have to put money on a card in order too use the laundry. Which again makes it difficult when the office is hardly open. Loud noisy neighbors and management doesn't care. Hardly any parking because tenants have friends over all the time partying. You can smell marijuana by a, b, and c buildings and you would think with a cop on site this wouldn't happen but does. People urinating in the parking lots, and cannot park straight for the life of them. I could go on and on. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE, IT'S A WASTE OF MONEY AND PROPERTY IS NOT AS NICE AS IT APPEARS IN PICTURES! Run far far away from this property you have been warned!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 16, 2016If you are thinking about moving here, you just may want to rethink it. Since I started my apartment search to moving in I have had nothing but a horrible experience. The complex recently switched management and failed to tell us a lot of things before moving in from out of state. They failed to tell us that the actual rent cost per month was not what was advertised on their website since it actually didn't include the other things they "take care of" such as sewage and trash. When we finally ...moved in the apartment had things wrong with it, yet they had over 3 weeks notice to take care of those broken things before we moved in. Then, to top it all off the second night after we moved in we found out that we would be sharing our living space with COCKROACHES. I don't recommend this complex to anyone. October 12, 2015excellent community and extremely resourceful! I have been here for 4 months now and when ever I am in need, my neighbors and the staff on site helps out. The location is the main reason I chose this apartment because everything is in walking distance such as Walmart, Office Depot, restaurants and the mall!!!! It's not far from the interstate either!!! Park square is a perfect fit!
October 5, 2015I've been a resident at Park Square Apartments for four years. I've been through one name change, a major renovation, and still, I must say the folks in the leasing office have it figured out. They are friendly and courteous. They make you feel at home even though home for me is 4 hours away. The location of the complex is perfect. You are within walking distance of two different shopping centers with tons to offer ( walmart, golds gym, home depot, Burlington coat factory just to name a few). ...It's just minutes away from Westgate Mall and there is a cozy Barnes and Noble right across the street( and it has a Starbucks inside)! The apartments are beautiful inside with oversized kitchens and sleek black appliances and granite. The maintenance staff is a pleasure and will show up even on holidays.
