Horrible
October 15, 2023I lived in this horrible apartment building for 4 months, but was able to legally break my lease and leave. It is just awful. There is a constant issue with bed bugs, roaches, rats, and crime. All the residents ever talk about it how much they want to leave. They refer to themselves as being "trapped". Prostitutes and drug addicts literally crawl the streets around the building and halls within the building. Stay away.Property Manager Responded

Marine veteran, setting the record straight
February 16, 2020We recently had people known as squatters move. They then cluttered the internet with bad messages. I just want to let you know these are beautiful apartments, great management, and friendly people. I live here with two cats and love it. Miserable, hateful Management, filth and homeless
January 25, 2020Between truly hateful management along with filthy buiding, bed bugs, cockroaches along withhomeless wondering around, we, the tenants are the last considered for comfort. It used to be one of best places. Our security and are the very least of concerns for this management. You can't approach them with any concern and get a bit of consideration. They talk like we are the homeless asking for something. So Sad, Don't let anyone you know move in this dump.Review from Apartments.com

September 23, 2015Terrific place to live! Multiple elevators to four floors of residences and to ground floor management office, mailboxes and parking. Every apartment has a balcony that you can make your own. Laundry rooms on every floor. Management is friendly and responsive. Maintenance requests are handled quickly by friendly, polite maintenance staff. Residents welcome new people and invite newbies to regularly scheduled activities: coffee, bingo, movies, dominoes, Saturday game night, karaoke and more. ...Grocery store in the same block.
