Problems with repeated trespassers

The price is good for the location, but I would recommend that you ask if there were any repeated trespassers reported over the past year. If they say no, they are lying.

Best Place to live and raise a family
March 5, 2018
I have lived at park Terrace for the last 4 years and I love it here. The community is very quiet, safe and convenient. Park Terrace is close to everything which makes it great, the schools are great from Elementary school to high school. Other residents and the Management staff are friendly. The units are very spacious and very well kept. Maintenance work orders are handled in a very timely manner. The community is clean and well kept.
