Problems with garbage pick-up. Bedroom window leaking for 6 months. Been iving here 15 years, never late on rent, now being told remodels will be done this year but rent will be $400-500 increase. I'm on SSI and won't be able to pay this so 15 years means nothing to this corporation.

The apartments are nice and the lady’s in the office are amazing and nice it takes a long time to get new appliances but they try their best to get them when you need them

Patti our mgr. is the best stays on top of things and treats her residents as family She doesnt tolerate a lot of nonsense she does a great job! Jenny her assistant is one of the best I am not computer savvy and she helped me set up my rent coming out of my checking acct
She took a big worry off me! And Brad maintenance is awesome Brad knows all of the residents and checks on us older residents if the weather is getting bad asking fo we need anything. He will stay late to resolve any problems ...
