*Don't Make the Same Mistake I Did*
June 18, 2025Hey guys, just a heads up about this apartment complex. The bug situation is INSANE. You'll pay for pest control, but it won't make a difference. They're everywhere – in the sink, on the walls, you name it. The units are old and sketchy, and don't even get me started on the patio/deck situation. It's like they're just held together by duct tape and prayers. The rats in the trash area are huge, and the entrance gate is always open, which is super sketchy considering it's right on a busy highway. ...Oh, and be prepared to get ripped off when you move out. They charged me over $200 for tiny holes from mounting my TV. Not cool.Property Manager Responded

Horrible Management
April 13, 2025The management doesn't communicate well, the front office looks wonderful but that's about it. The gym looks nice but you can only use it when the staff is in office and they leave about 5:30. Even though they use a digital keyboard system...the trash compactor placement sux...the manager sux...front office staff needs people skills training heavily. I lived here for 2 years, I would never live there again. The staff makes or breaks an apartment complex no matter HOW NICE IT LOOKS!Review from Apartments.com
Do Not Move Here
April 8, 2024This residence having 3 1/2 stars is a joke and highly inaccurate. They must’ve had some bad reviews removed. Living here is horrible. My main concern has been the constant leaking of my ceiling and water stains on several walls from floor to ceiling every couple of months. This morning I woke up to the strong smell of some type of electrical burn out, wet carpet and a stained and peeling ceiling. They had to remove part of my carpet last year because it was soak and wet and left my bedroom with ...a noticeable line of demarcation where the new carpet was replace and I’m being told that I will have to pay to have the carpet replaced when I leave? Absolute ludicrous. Whoever they hired for tub refinishing also did a horrible job with my tub and it started to peel again about 3 weeks after it got refinished. My tub had been like this for about 3 months now and I put in a work order but I was told that they can only do 3 tub refinishings a month. I can not properly clean my tub without paint peeling everywhere. I also put in a work order about my bathroom fan needing to be replaced because it looks like it’s been in here for a decade and all maintenance did was come in and vacuum it out having dust go every where. I can never turn it on to use it because it’s a safety hazard and not clean at all. The breeze way lights have been flickering for months which is not safe. I don’t think they are even doing pest control because I am constantly seeing little critters everyday, like a concerning amount of them. I had this same problem last year where I would see about 20 centipedes a day in my apartment. This is not an exaggeration. My unit also always smells like weed because I live next to pot heads. I do not feel like the people in this community are being cared for at all. I’ve been extremely patient but this unit is not up to standard for anyone to be living in. I feel like I live in a horror house. I haven’t been able to use the community gym and that was one of the reasons I moved here.This has been torture and has only gotten worst since I moved here. This is ridiculous really how much little care has gone into the tenants that live here. Do not move here if you have any type of standards. Update: 9 tenants (including me) currently don’t have AC and we have not been given an update on when we will be getting it fixed nor have accommodations been made by staff. January 24, 2023Take it from a resident that has been here 10 years and has seen this complex sold 5 times. The new complex owners have ran this complex into the ground. Horrible and slow customer service, old moldy apartments, most amenities are broken, gate never closed. I could go on. We are counting down the days we can move because we've been trying to get out of here since 2020 but covid ruined our plans and we've hated being here ever since.
