Parkview Apartments
July 29, 2015When I first moved in 2.5 years ago, the price was good for my situation at the time. Since then, they have raised my rent each year so now I'm paying about the same for this neighborhood as I would in a better neighborhood. The area leaves much to be desired. My car has been broken into once and I've had items go missing in my apartment, management didn't seem too concerned. Although the management seems nice and I've never had any issues with them, I think renters would do better finding a ...nicer neighborhood in nearby complexes for about the same price as this one.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great quiet place to be
August 11, 2015The apartment complex is not very big but all the apartments I have seen are very well kept. The grounds are always kept up and it's a very quiet place to be. There's a police officer that lives on the complex and actually walks around doing foot patrols. It's also about 5 minutes from the square where they shoot all the tv shows and movies.Review from Apartments.com
