Good location but Overpriced and under managed,
March 12, 2022This building is located directly across the street from Garfield Park and a few blocks from Bristol Farms. However, the walls are thin (I can hear my neighbor snoring every night, with all windows shut), the laundry room has old, unreliable machines, and the gardeners blow dirt and dead leaves onto my patio every Monday and Thursday. This is a “vintage” Building with hardwood floors and a chair rail in the dining room. The walls and cabinets and bathtub have about 100 layers of paint, which ...began peeling off within months of moving in. Our garage recently flooded with heavy rain. Management is often unresponsive and generally hard to get a hold of. The only thing keeping me here is the location and the fact that I hate moving.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
