Very bad experience
May 21, 2025Only one star for: 1) Mouse in my apartment 2) Very thin walls, I could hear breath of my neighbors. 3) Noisy neighbors. My neighbor was watching TV loudly until 5 am. 4) Stolen Amazon packages 5) Not-delivered USPS mails, several times, causing huge penalty and loss 6) Turning on/off the fan for heat MANUALLY, I must wake up several times during the night. Leasing office told me turn on the fan and open the window and sleep. 7) If you leave in the second day of month after your lease, you must ...pay for entire month, NOT prorated. NOT mentioned in lease! 8) VERY very loud music from neighboring buildings!!!! Even at midnight 9) Several polis presences in tower for arrest or investigation 10) One elevator was out-of-order 3 month in Summer, a few days both elevators broken 11) Dangerous neighborhood, I could not go out in nights. 12) HVAC is very old and cannot cool. 13) Hospital in other side of street, a lot of ambulance noise. 14) Boiler noise for 5 months of year, even for high floors.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Beautifully Quaint.
January 5, 2025I really loved living at Park View Towers. My favorite is the lobby. Its filled with plants, and is always decorated for Christmas lol. I felt like I was walking a run way when I would go in or out. Its quiet, nestled up on a busy street. The bus line is right out side. Its safe, secure and feels like home. I would move back here in a heartbeat. Linda is AMAZING. NEW PM, CHRIS, is also really cool and understanding. Amazing apartment building
August 30, 2023I lived here for two years before having to relocate for a new job and living here was amazing. Management is friendly and attentive. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner, and the large parking lot has plenty of parking for all tenants. The building is also very safe, I never felt unsafe while living here. There are cameras all over the property and all the doors are keycard access. Overall, I highly recommend you consider living at park view towers, my experience here was ...great.Property Manager Responded

wonderful place for school students
August 30, 2023living in this building for two years now has been a phenomenal experience. everything is always quick and easy, and moving in was always being looked over and assisted by staff. i appreciate the cleanliness that has a consistent schedule in the building, and i have never had one complaint. Pleasure to live in the building
August 29, 2023We had a pleasurable experience living in the building. All the amenities were there under one roof. Maintenance staff kept up with keeping all the common areas clean. Decent, but also a few big problems
July 12, 2023The apartments are quite spacious and in it's in a good location, in terms of being near downtown Hartford and West Hartford. Management is pretty responsive to requests for maintenance etc. Rent is reasonable. However, I rented this apartment believing there would be a working gym (this is what I was told on the tour). The gym has been closed for at least a year and I don't see any efforts being made to re-open it. Also, there is a flimsy gate that doesn't allow cars to come in and park without ...a pass. However, anybody can walk into the parking lot. This doesn't happen too often, but I have seen that a few cars had tires stolen or windows broken. Management should fix the gym and put in more security measures.Property Manager Responded

Lived here in two units
February 13, 2023I first moved in pregnant and had plenty of room for me and my baby. Tons of storage space and a huge closet. The workers clean every single day and the office is responsive. If you have any issues, there are resolved quickly. I moved into the one-bedroom after my first year and enjoyed it much more. I felt safe since you cannot get into the building or parking lot without a card/code. Very good experience. I would move.Property Manager Responded
