Moldy building
March 19, 2025Roaches; mold, old piping that clogs up multiple times and floods your kitchen. After move out they will make up things to take the entire deposit plus charge you extra fees.Property Manager Responded

Wonderful Property and Great Property Manager
June 28, 2023I lived at Park View for three years and never have a complaint. It is a nice community with very spacious rooms. The apartments are newly renovated, and there are two pools and two grass areas for dogs to play in. Very nearby freeway entrances and close to grocery stores. Easy to drive in the neighborhood and surrounding area. The property manager, Lourdes, made living in the community much better. She is very responsive to any requests and cares deeply about the residents. If we had a ...maintenance request it was resolved very quickly and she followed up if it was done correctly. Highly recommend this community, and will miss having Lourdes as our property manager since we moved out.Property Manager Responded
