    Been here almost 3 years. In that time I’ve had no AC for 8 months, had a constant leak for the entirely of the time here. Currently have a huge hole above my shower that’s been here for months with no hope in them trying to help me to repair it. Done everything I can to try and sort things out and just get my apartment into just not having issues but I almost never have had that in my time here. Quality of living has fallen so down and I really feel defeated in trying to just not have glaring ...

    Park Villas is a decent apartment complex that lacks many modern amenities due to its older buildings and apartment rooms. The community is great with a pet-friendly environment and reasonable quiet day-to-day life since it is away from the main road. However, the cost of rent is higher than some other places and you pay for every utility in the book: trash/recycling, water, sewer, electricity, internet, gas, etc. This is compounded by the requirement of renter's insurance makes Park Villas a ...
    costly place to live relative to the features it provides. Older appliances are functional but might not be as energy efficient or look as modern compared to those of other apartment complexes. Move-in and move-outs are difficult due to the lack of an elevator in the buildings and it hurts to see delivery drivers have to climb up 3 flights of stairs to deliver (sometimes bulky) packages. Birds, hornets, spiders, and other insects to live in or on the support structures of the buildings which is not the best. However, the maintanence team and the office staff are nice, reliable people but the office hours are not great as they are not open on the weekends. Parking is open and first-come-first-served style which is great for vistors and there seems to always be space open. The office is lenient on parking so there is basically no towing required unless guests severely overstays their welcome. Park Villas is also located near several supermarkets and many restaurants and fast food which is nice.
