resided here for four years, I can confidently say it has felt like home since the outset. Whenever I've required assistance, Cindy and Elena have consistently provided timely responses. The maintenance manager and staff are also prompt, typically addressing issues within 24 hours. I highly recommend these apartments to prospective renters, and I've already referred my best friend who relocated from San Diego.

I really enjoy living here. The community is gated and feels safe, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. One thing I really appreciate is that they host events for the kids during holidays like Halloween and Christmas, which include food and gifts — it truly feels like a community.
Maintenance has been great. When my AC unit broke down during the summer, it was replaced within two days, which I was very grateful for. Repairs in general are handled quickly.

another highlight. There’s a gym, a playground for kids, two pool and jacuzzi areas, and most apartments have laundry hookups or access to two on-site laundry rooms. It’s a great place for kids, and it’s nice to see them outside playing and enjoying the community.
It’s also very pet-friendly. I take my dog on walks regularly and there’s plenty of greenery throughout the property. They even have a small dog area near the entrance, which is a nice bonus.
Overall, it’s been a positive experience and a great place to live.

Roach infested nightmare

Every unit in this place is infested with roaches. They look nice from the onset but everything in them is cheap and falling apart. The “wood” floors are cheap fake stickers that look like wood. The paint will peel off the walls even if you put just tape up on them. The roaches are the worst part though. No matter how much you spray, trap, or fumigate they will come from every crack and crevice in those apartments. Especially in the kitchen and bathrooms but we saw them in the bedrooms and living ...
room as well. The fact that they’re now asking over 2 grand for one of these units is completely laughable. You will also never find parking and the “gated” community’s gate is always broken so your car may get broken into as well. Avoid at all costs. Spend your money elsewhere.

The staff is wonderful and the apartments are very nice, I have loved my year with Park West. There are two pools so neither is ever too crowded and a nice outdoor area with barbecues for parties! Events held year round and convenient on-site laundry rooms, I always feel at home here.
