Water Bill Price Gouging!!!
June 12, 2020The water bill at this residence is insane. Everyone is charged the same rate based on your square footage. One bedroom residents are paying between $130-$140 a month; Two bedroom residents are paying between $145 - $165 a month and Three bedroom residents are paying between $155 - $180 a month. Absolutely ridiculous and management has no answers how water bill more than doubled when new owners took over property. The water is bill is more than our electric bill. SHAME. THEFT!!! September 2, 2018Do not move to park West, WEIRD WATER BILL!! water bill was calculated based on your apartment size. I was lied to that the meter got spoiled couple months but after my investigation I realized that it was a creepy way of making money.I was away couple weeks a month but still paying $100 a month. Forget your $200deposit! After moving out they will bring you bill no matter clean your apartment was .Review from Apartments.com
The worst place to live in Douglasville
January 19, 2018The apartments have nice exterior but the interior is literally falling apart. Cheap upgrades which often lead to calling maintenance weekly. The front office is horrible, and lack care/concern for their tenants. High rent and weird water bill calculation (like $100) month based on usage in the building. Another way for the apartment to make money. In need of a maintenance team badly. Basically you can rent a home in the area. DO NOT MOVE TO PARK WEST.Review from Apartments.com

July 21, 2015Park West apartments in Douglasville is everything you could ask for! Great layouts, very roomy! Quite apartments and surrounding community. Office staff is very friendly and is always easy to reach and very quick to respond to any work order or request. Apartment and complex are in great like new condition with like new utilities and nice black countertops. Great sized vanity and garden tub is always a plus! Located close many different grocery stores, and from a wide selection of ...restaurants. Just a few miles from mall and shopping area, but far enough away to avoid any mall traffic.
