We understand that not everyone is comfortable using online systems, and we truly strive to assist residents in navigating our processes whenever possible. Per the lease agreement, all residents are required to utilize the resident portal for service requests. This allows us to properly track concerns, ensure accountability, and provide timely service. As a small on-site team, this system is essential in helping us support the entire community fairly and efficiently. We are always happy to offer guidance in the office however the portal remains the primary method for submitting and managing requests and making rent payments. Regarding the gate, it is only opened when there is verified damage or a mechanical issue, which does not happen often. While we work closely with our courtesy security team to help monitor the property, we unfortunately do not have control over tailgating when individuals follow others through the gate. In the event of a ...true emergency, residents should always contact the appropriate authorities immediately. January 24, 2025NOT satisfied. Yes, I desperately needed a place but not this desperate. I feel trapped in a contract. I have lived here before and things were not this bad. I can't pay my rent online because I haven't been sent a link to connect yet. I've asked for the last 3 months and then feel like I'm inconveniencing them when I bring in my rent check after having to request leave from work to bring it. None of my maintenance request have been completely fulfilled and I'm having a bad feeling that I wont be ...able to use the clubhouse for an upcoming birthday.
