503 George Bush Apartment Park West is a great place to live in College Station. The location is ideal for Texas A\&M students, with campus just minutes away. The apartments are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Friendly staff and quick maintenance make things easy, and the pool and gym are excellent perks.

The property itself is hands down, amazing. The grounds are well kept and the units well maintained. We've had a wonderful living experience. I wish I could offer two separate ratings. 5 Stars for the buildings and amenities. 1 Star for the administrative side. The staff are almost always defensive, which gets in the way of good communication. The portal used for paying rent WILL ALWAYS duplicate and take double rent payments EVERY YEAR at renewal time. Problematic roommate? PW will not help.

PW won't remove a problematic roommate. My son got a new assigned roommate for his 3x3 apartment after his friend decided to go to a different college. The new roommate shouts loudly while playing games late into early morning and lets his loud alarm rings for hours (snooze, ring, and repeat) starting at 5:30 am. Talked to him several times with no improvements. He also constantly shouted at the 3rd roommate because he can't stand any personal items in the common areas. Never willing to ...
have a sit-down discussions with any issues -- just shouts and walks away. PW said there is nothing they can do about removing this roommate. If you have any remote chance that PW may assign you a roommate, do NOT rent here since they will not help you if your roommate is problematic. Instead, they will tell you that YOU need to pay them $250 transfer fee to relocate to a different room.

It doesn’t feel as homey as other apartments, it’s very basic but for what it’s worth it’s good. Some layouts are definitely better than other, I would recommend having your own bathroom

in the two years i was here, staff never answers calls, and the state of the apartment was old. not all complexes have the similar state of appliances, so you may have older style bathrooms and kitchens

The all-inclusive amenities are great, and the location is amazing. The only downside is the lack of guest parking, but they have done a lot to alleviate this issue this year. Overall, I would recommend living here.
