Roaches and very poor service
April 3, 2026The apartment is disgusting. Cockroaches and mice in every complex. The staff does not care when you have an issue. Went without appliances that worked properly for 6+ months. You make a maintenance issue, no response for months if at all. I still have requests put in from June of 2025. The staff does not work with you at all just always quick to pull up policy and shoo you out the door. If you can afford it, move anywhere else but here. Oh and when you move out they are charging for 2 months ...worth of their reimbursement utility fees.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 23, 2025Whoever is putting 4 stars is obviously a bot. Ive lived here for 4 years and had nothing but issues with this place. Ive went through 4 different management companies, none were very good. Nobody ever answers the office phone and there is no voice mail to even leave a message. I had roaches for months even though I pay every month for pest spray and ive never seen them spray. They took on a new parking policy with no notice, and 2 small signs you cant read and then towed my car out of the lot ...first day. I had a visitor stop by for less than 30 minutes and I didnt evrn have time to tell them about the new policy yet (they had visited me for years) and their car was towed that same week. 1000 dollars in tow fees one week. They did nothing to make that right. Ive never called maintenance but my air conditioning went out on Friday of the hottest week of the summer. I put in maintenance request online on Friday cause they dont answer the phone temps were 110 over the weekend never heard from anyone. I followed up on Monday to hear they had 15 units go out over the weekend and apparently they have on3 maintenance guy so was told he'll be out sometime this week. Until then im paying for a hotel for multiple days cause there's no way my dog can handle this high of temps for this long. Their pool is never open and ive been here for 4 summers now so that ammenity is basically a complete lie. But they sure dont hesitate to charge you every fee they can come up with. They dont miss a beat on those. They probably have never changed my furnace filter, ive never seen them do any type of preventative maintenance. The most ive ever seen them do anything is when they getting ready to switch over to another worthless management company that was never any better than the last. They clearly cannot handle running an apartment complex. Save yourself and pick another complex because this place is absolute trash.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Save your time and money
November 5, 2021Absolute Joke. Management has no idea what they are doing. The apartments are fine, but don’t expect anything to get fixed in a timely manner. Everything’s broken or shuts down. Heating and Air hardly ever works. The office won’t answer the phone and if they do, it’s like talking to a brick wall. No answers. No help. Nothing. Cozy

Amazing Apartments and Great Staff
February 18, 2021The staff are nice and friendly. The apartments are spacious with plenty of closet space, cabinet space, and storage on the balcony. We really have enjoyed living here even with Covid they still are available and still take care of any issues we may have.Property Manager Responded

If I could give 0 star, I would!
December 21, 2020This is literally the worse apartment you could rent from. The neighbors are nice (from my experience) and the units PAST price was fair, not sure now with the “renovated” units but the office is an unorganized mess. It takes them years to do anything whether you are living there or not, communication is nonexistent unless it’s a general note on the door, and God forbid you ask for proof of anything .. 9/10 they will NOT have it. Very dysfunctional. Don’t get used to the same terrible manager, ...they are usually gone within a year and some months and then another.Property Manager Responded

October 8, 2018This place is a dump, and a joke. The employees both on-site, and the supposed "regional manager" are illiterate, rude, excuse-making, and foolish if they think they can continue to "run" the complex this way and think people aren't going to move out. Nobody renews, and Omaha is only so big; you ruin your reputation with every renter in Omaha, then what? Oh, my bad, I forgot you don't care. That is crystal CLEAR!!
