Beware Before Renting
July 25, 2023The apartments leasing office and management is super rude and come up with their own rules which are not even mentioned in lease. On top of that they pretend that they have done some obligation on the tenant. The amenities are poor including low water pressure in shower, rough wall paint and no rod for clothes in closet. I put complaint about shower water pressure and they said maintenance confirmed that water pressure is fine. I didn't see any maintenance tag in the apt. Either they come and go ...without permission or they didn't gave a look at it. Its a whole mess despite the apt is newly constructed. I will give caution to the new apartment seekers as its a really bad leasing agency to deal with.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
