February 11, 2026Lived here for a year and half now, and unfortunately am moving out soon for work. The office staff are incredibly attentive and will help you with anything you need. Any maintenance request I have put in has been done the same day. The complex is clean and always well maintained. Parking is gated and have never had issues with anyone parking in my spot. The residents are all laid back. Not a lot of noise or any loud parties going on. You won’t find a better place in Bakersfield. I can’t even ...imagine that review that was posted in 2021 because that is the complete opposite of my experience. Must have been a different management company. Nice looking terrible planning for opening
October 19, 2021The complex has no parking and is constantly overflowed to the point that you have to walk around the building to get to an apartment but they are so quick to ticket you for parking in a Tesla spot. More about appearances than accommodating residentsReview from Apartments.com
