The complex is generally kept very clean and tidy, with plenty of shrubbery, plants, and well-maintained landscaping throughout the property. The landscaping crew appears to be on-site regularly, which helps keep the community looking attractive.

temperature. This is not merely a cosmetic issue; it affects the units’ comfort, energy efficiency, and overall condition.
There is also mold in the wood around some of the window sills, which requires prompt attention. Despite this apparent maintenance and health concern, management has not shown meaningful interest in investigating or resolving the problem. Management should take these issues seriously, inspect the affected windows, address the mold properly, and replace windows that are no longer functional. While the grounds are well maintained, the condition of the windows and management’s lack of response significantly detract from the overall living experience.
