Your New Home!!!
August 5, 2025I've lived here since 2023. The property has been through numerous management changes but this time,we got some great people. Tiffany and Ashantae are 2 wonderful women who truly care about doing what is right. Maintenance is so much better!! After months of complaining about a broken dishwasher and a lot of temporary measures, I put in my latest request for yet another problem with it and they had a new dishwasher instead of another excuse, for me within a week!!! Same with my refrigerator. I ...was so tired of throwing out food that spoiled and freezer items that melted and refroze because the doors wouldn't stay closed, they replaced the old efrigerator that was already a replacement. I was told months ago the replacement, for my original refrigerator was temporary, within a week!!! Again! So quick and it's so nice being heard and not told a bunch of BS! It's quiet here,close to basically everywhere and the apartments themselves are really nice inside. It is quiet here, and I feel safe, which is SO important! September 26, 2023It is an overall well kept up community. I love that there’s always parking for your guest. Pools always clean and sparkling. There’s security, and sometimes maintenance responds to your request the same day. May 1, 2023I absolutely love my experience at Park at 33rd so far. All of the staff are friendly and very helpful. The complex is clean or kid friendly as well. Also, I absolutely love that the garbage man comes regular so there are no trash build ups at the dumpsters. There have been a few incidents but management did not hesitate to jump on the problem and fix it.
