September 26, 2023It is an overall well kept up community. I love that there’s always parking for your guest. Pools always clean and sparkling. There’s security, and sometimes maintenance responds to your request the same day. May 1, 2023I absolutely love my experience at Park at 33rd so far. All of the staff are friendly and very helpful. The complex is clean or kid friendly as well. Also, I absolutely love that the garbage man comes regular so there are no trash build ups at the dumpsters. There have been a few incidents but management did not hesitate to jump on the problem and fix it. I don’t normally leave reviews but I have to give credit where credit is due!Property Manager Responded
