i keep renewing...
March 7, 2026i just renewed for a 7th year. my unit is clean and updated. maintenance is fast!! they are here as soon as i have a request. the office staff is friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with. the complex is clean and lots of families and dog walkers day and night. i always feel safe and its quiet. the pool area and fitness room are great and well-maintained. the grounds are kept up and its a really pretty complex. it is in the middle of everything, close to 285, 400, roswell, ...buckhead, dunwoody etc. Would 100% recommend.Property Manager Responded

January 2, 2026Referral bonus is halfway to a $5 gift card? Dog poop and stray cats everywhere. Maintenance will show up immediately for small tasks but drag on big issues and sometimes mark things as completed that haven't been addressed. Don't take serious issues like gas leaks very seriously without constantly having to call with the leasing office and maintenance.Property Manager Responded
