Fines at bayside

New ownership took over about a year or so ago and since then it’s been downhill. I’ve been threatened to be fined for a neighbors trash can in front of my wall, a grill not immediately removed (threatened $500 a day), my dog being on the porch ($300) with the door open, and now if they can’t come into my apt unannounced because my dog isn’t crated it will be another $500 fine. Stay clear!

Since new ownership has taken over a once great place to live has turned into the worst in the area. Takes months for maintenance to fix anything, they now tow your cars if your guest doesn’t park in the assigned 4 spots next to your apartment and wrist bands are required to get into a pool that closes often. Highly recommend living elsewhere

Maintenance left hatch above my roof open. Therefor the next time it rained I got water damage in my apt and I’ve asked for 6 months to get it fixed and multiple requests. They don’t care about the residents but they’ll sure make sure you park in your assigned space

We sent our 60 day through their app and they said they never got it. Now they want 3 grand. These are suppose to be "luxury apartments" and have good amenities. W3 Luxurys biggest failure yet

First of all the units are offered with a garage because the parking is so bad that if you do not have a garage you may not have a space to park. Every month the property is trying to offer a new service that is extra money for us if you choose. The leasing team is wonderful but the management is not so much. We were so excited to move in but once we did we were very let down. We could hear everything our neighbors were doing. The pool is not child friendly and has more of a college vibe with everyone drinking and smoking. We even witnessed someone pouring liquor in the mouth of someone inside the pool. Also they blast their music and have no respect for anyone around them. We were told we would have a white sand beach July 2019. Never happened. We’ve witnessed people not picking up their dog poop who ...
are friends with the people who work there. We had known neighbors who had to move because of mold. The WiFi is terrible and very restricted and you have to get the internet that they suggest. We never got the right mail and many times got other people’s mail. We did have the fun experience of watching a guy pee off his balcony. Parking is hard to come by if you are coming in late. We paid a pest fee but had many many bugs. The trash situation is crazy and they will put packages just outside for anyone to take. Although this place is deceivingly beautiful if unfortunately doesn’t not match up to the looks.

I moved here in July of 2019 and I just love these apartments. Truly nicely built, quiet neighborhood and love lake to walk with my kiddos. I don’t want to move until I purchase my home. The leasing agents are nice and the maintenance is always our point with any request I may have.
