I give this complex 4 stars. It's not a luxury apartment by any means but the three bedroom more than comfortably fits our family of 4. Being in the south it's expected to see more bugs around but we haven't really had any issues in the apartment itself. I would have to disagree with the other reviews as I am highly allergic to roaches and have not had an issue since moving here. The neighborhood is nice and quiet for the most part; but like all neighborhoods there are children and they can get a ...
little loud but it doesn't bother us one bit. Our neighbors are all kind to us as well.
Management has been friendly as well as responding to any repairs/requests in a timely manner. We enjoy living here.

in the summer it was horrible, apartments were broken into, family feuds would carry on outside; the kids are rude just like management, its drug infested and there are roaches. I am so glad I was able to get my family out.

I am leaving soon, management is never available, they are extremely rude, things take a long time to get fixed, the lawns are disgusting, and the people that have moved in lately are loud and nasty. Do not move here, I am stuck until my lease is up and I cannot wait to leave. Too bad it changed management cause before it was a great place to live in.

The apartments are old with paper thin walls. Apartments have poor wiring and construction. My kitchen cabinets literally fell off and hit me on the head. The grounds are covered in broke glass. It's not very safe to walk your dog in the grass here. Managment staff are rude and are constantly making accounting mistakes. Maintenance staff are kind and helpful.
