Dog bins are basically inaccessible

Some of the dog bins are inconveniently placed all the way in the grass, which is fine for when it doesn’t rain, or if you are not disabled. But when it does rain it gets disgusting and muddy, yet they still expect you to go through the trouble to throw away your dog droppings. I don’t understand why it would be so hard to place the bin closer to the sidewalk.

Pet waste stations are placed in the grassy areas because that is where most residents walk their pets, and our hope is to promote convenience and to keep some space between the areas where people walk and where pets relieve themselves.
