Poor excuse of a apartment complex
May 27, 2022They make you pay for extra power, gas ( which the apartment doesn't have gas ) the fact they are adding covered parking and will make people pay for covered parking is stupid we already have enough issue trying to park at this place and now that wanna make more of an issue is absurdProperty Manager Responded

I understand you have concerns about the gas, the water for your unit is heated with gas by our boiler system, as well as the hot tub, water for the laundry facilities and the dryers in the laundry rooms. This past November we were able to redo the asphalt around the community and add in a few extra spaces, the covered parking allowes residents to have a guarenteed spot as well.
