elevators, etc.). I've used the sauna a few times but it has a weird smell of mold so I don't use it as much anymore and the gym room is in SERIOUS need of some TLC and new equipment. Everything in there is rusted and I personally don't think is reliable. There are security guards that roam the building and they are there 24 hours except on weekends when they come in at 3pm. Resident parking is nice (if you can afford the extra expense) and there are cameras all over so I would say it's a pretty secure area; no complaints. Guest parking is horrible. There are FIVE spots and then street parking that is almost never available due to all of the other apartment buildings in this area. I liked living here at first, but after a year of living here, the size is really getting to me because I just can't have guests over (and the parking)
