The 2 bedrooms that say available soon have already been pre leased, there’s nothing available. They want you to apply for it before you even do a tour. They also failed to call me and tell me our tour was cancelled.

The people in the office have attitudes when you call , parking lots and landscapes are always trashy and the grass rarely gets cutt . Maintainence is slow . Rent keep increasing

Major rent increases every renewal. Maintenance is the only good part about living there. Condoms found on property grounds..a lot. Renters portal is unhelpful, messages come late.
