I wouldn’t recommend this community to anyone as there is still maintenance issues with my apartment. There has also been HVAC issues and Dryer issues. The appliances are cheap and the maintenance team only seems to care since I call the emergency line. I’m so excited to leave this community when my lease is up and the property management always blames the customers.

Park at Stone Oak is overall a great place to live, often offering new residents many incentives and perks. Response times can be a bit slow from management regarding inquiries, but when they get back to you they typically are able to address it in full. Management will call you by name, which has always impressed me. Beautiful apartments, great appliances, but parking is becoming an issue due to capacity.

I have had multiple issue with my apartment since I moved in since November of last year with thermostat and HVAC issues, people parking in my covered parking spot and now issue with my dryer. I was very happy at first and now it seems like they will get to the issues when they do. I have asked for the part for my dryer and was told as of yesterday they don’t have an ETA on the specific part they needed to order. Hello Stephan, Please understand that with new construction, you are the first person living there and things may malfunction. However, this is why we have maintenance who work to repair or contact warranty as needed to make sure that things are corrected. With your dryer, the repair part was ordered but unfortunately back ordered and we are at the mercy of that being available in order to make the repair. I just moved from our or stand recently and I have had a hard time finding an apartment I really like. I stopped by yesterday for a tour in hopes of being able to view an apartment (I did not schedule a tour) immediately I was greeted by leasing professionals who stood up and greeted me at the door. Throughout the entire tour I can tell the person was super knowledgeable and cared about the community. It didn’t seem as robotic as the previous tours I’ve been on.
