Don’t Be Fooled by the First Impression
April 24, 2025At first glance, these apartments seem decent — modern silver appliances, granite countertops, and a clean-looking interior that’ll probably win you over during the initial walk-through. But the longer you stay, the more you realize how poorly the renovation was done. There are cracks in the flooring, missing screws, no window screens, and the finishing in general is just sloppy. After a year, I knew I didn’t want to renew, but I was basically cornered into staying. Now, with my new lease about ...to start, I feel even more frustrated than before. The issues have only gotten worse: roaches, a broken AC that barely gets fixed, kids constantly fighting outside, and frequent police presence. September 12, 2023I stayed for 2 years, and mgmt. Changed hands. First team sucked, and so dud the new mgmt. Everyone you call with an issue, they act like u getting on their nerves! Dudes outside smoking weed all times of the day and night. Dog park smelled up the whole outside near it. And let's talk about pest control!! Same thing they showed up when they wanted to!! In 2023 roaches was everywhere in my building!! Baby ones, med. Ones, huge ones! It was horrifick!!! I moved the he'll out, and if you value your ...health and family well being! Buyer be ware!!! Was good until the a/c went out
July 31, 2023Property maintenance had been timely until the a/c in my apt stopped working. It's been a week of waiting on a part to fix the a/c with no solid solutions from property management.Property Manager Responded
