January 26, 2025The entire staff was very warm and welcoming. The whole process of becoming a resident was smooth and although the snowy weather threw off our application processing timetable, my family and I were still able to move in at our scheduled time. August 30, 2024The other residents are nice, and the location is good, but they only have two maintenance staff and aren't hiring any more. There's a huge backlog of tickets, and we've had a hole in our unit's ceiling for almost two months now. Trash pickup isn't every day, so there's often bags of trash waiting to be picked up. The dumpster is also often overflowing or not working, and the recycling isn't taken out frequently enough so it's often full (plus it gets filled with garbage when the dumpster is ...broken.)Property Manager Responded
