Needs Improvment
February 26, 2025I currently live the at The Park At Via Veneto. Dogs barking all night, and some dogs runs loose. Some tentants are allowed to have grills on their patios, while others are told the fire marshall will not allow it. Everyone parks in the handi-cap parking spaces, and let's not forget the loud music. No window screens will be replaced, and often the water is turned off. June 21, 2021Unless you want to hear gun shots every night I don’t recommend this place. Parking is horrible. Poorly taken care of. Mold everywhere. Rotten floor. Can’t use fire place. Door can be kicked down in a heart beat. People you don’t know banging on your door at all hours of the night. Not worth the price. Not gated like was told. Great maintenance team
January 5, 2021really happy with the maintenance service I received. heater was old and was had a sudden. leak was affecting neighbor below as well. Maintenance stepped in immediately and fix the leak and provided new ac/heater system within 2 days. They kept me up to date with everything. They were friendly and they were quick. Bad management!
December 27, 2017The staff has bad communication and their customer service doesn’t make up for it! I’ve only been here one year and I’m already anxious to leave. My apartment was not ready for us when we moved in and there are things on the list that were promised to be finished and never were. A few of the women in the office will be very rude and disrespectful to you if you ever go in with an issue! NEVER RENT FROM HERE AGAIN
September 12, 2017This place is horrible. The staff here are more lazy and sorry then the neighbors. After hurricane Irma hit yiu had all the employees just ridding around talking to each other while there were trees all over the place garabage backed up out of the despinsers. The neighbors constantly throw pool parties every weekend and can hear there music from two blocks away. Having no regards for anyone else living in the apparments. If you complain to management they get rude and are extremely racist or ( ...so lazy they don't wanna do anything ) that you end up getting in trouble for complaining about other people but they are quick to put notes on your door. Murder
July 1, 2017DO NOT MOVE HERE. Someone was murdered here in April. They will not disclose and they'll downplay saying it was domestic. That's the type of people they approve to live here. There's also mold on the exterior and god knows there's probably mold inside as well. They told me it wasn't mold, but clearly when white fuzzy stuff starts to grow on it, it's mold. They left rat poison in our a/c closet and the leaking a/c was messing up the cheap vinyl on the floor. The office staff are non caring and ...don't fall for they're lies about cleaning the grounds. June 28, 2017Horrible!!!!!! I would rate this place with NO stars if it wouldn't posted! I Moved in March and READY to LEAVE!!!!! Yolanda is rude and unprofessional!! I have currently been waiting for maintenance to come and fix my dish washer since March! It's almost JULY! My kitchen sink and garbage disposal is clogged and leaking underneath the sink right now. Called the phone number on the website and the "sprint voicemail is full" is all I keep getting! What a joke! Seriously! You don't even have an ...emergency maintenance line!!!!!!! THIS IS NOT LUXURY LIVING AT ALL!!!!!!!! Another one of neighbors truck was hit while parked in the parking lot! Staff and maintenance unprofessional and unqualified! Leaving!
April 11, 2016I literally hate everything about this community, enough that I am paying to break my lease. Everything the staff has told us has been a complete lie. All workers in the office are very rude. The apartments are disgusting. We were promised renovations by December and it is now April and nothing has been done internally. The painters that decided they wanted to paint my porch ruined everything on it including my expensive fruit trees. Nothing in the apartment or on the grounds works. None of the ...washers or dryers in the facility work. Our dishwasher and garbage disposal don't work. Although they respond to work orders quickly, they do the bare minimum to fix the problem. Our door and windows leak when it storms. They advertise themselves as a gated community, yet there's no gate. My husbands car has already been broken into.
