New Management is horrible

The new management is questionable. I hate to say no one knows what’s going on, but that’s what it feels like at this point.
It took management over a week to tell me I was approved and ask for a security deposit. They then told me I needed my security deposit the next business day versus the 72 hours that most people would be allowed after approval. I gave the management grace because they’re new and I’m sure they are still trying to get into the groove of things. There were small discrepancies ...
in the descriptions of available units on their website. I had to ask for clarification multiple times. When I asked if there was a fireplace in the unit I applied to, Rafell said he had to ask the tenant lol. This is a little concerning, but again: I was willing to overlook it because they are new! I gavw the property management grace on multiple occasions, but they failed to reciprocate. Don’t waste your time here. Also, Kallen keeps pronouncing my name wrong! Why?
I applied last year under the former management company, and everything was great!
