Terrible management/ communication
October 8, 2024For the most part things were good . However when it was time I moved out I scheduled for the management team to do a walk through 3 times . They showed up to none of the appointments and said it would be fine . Then after I moved out they sent photos of a random apartment claiming I had damages . When I asked them to provide to me where exactly these damages were ( bedroom , living room , etc ) I was told that I would have to provide photos / videos of the entire apartment . This is after ...I showed a video in person and the lady that worked there told me “ that didn’t show where the damages were” which makes no sense because she said she didn’t know where they were . To this day I have no idea where these random photos came from and what apartment it was . I want to call this place home badly!!
September 10, 2024I was just driving by and decided to stop into the leasing office to see if there were any available apartments. The good news: yes, there are. Transfer Unit
February 26, 2024I have now been with Park at the Marketplace going on five years. I decided to upgrade my unit and I must say Keisha & Gabby were amazing! They’ve answered all of my questions and the process was a breeze! It happened so fast and Gabby made sure that my transfer process was almost seamless. I truly enjoy living at this community and absolutely afire the front office. They are solid as well as the maintenance crew. Best decision ever!
December 29, 2022I have been living at Park at the Marketplace for almost 4 years now. I have moved from state to state and can say I have never stayed at such an amazing complex. The leasing office is full of helpful people that want to make sure your concerns get resolved immediately. Maintenance is so quick that I feel like they show up almost as soon as I submit the request. The community is quiet and extremely clean. I recently went to a holiday party at my leasing office which I have never done before and I ...can say it was extremely accommodating and felt like a family reunion. The manager Keisha always makes sure residents feel welcomed and encourage them to speak on their issues. I can honestly say I know i’ll have to move at some time but I have been so pleased with my residency here that it’s hard to find another complex that compares.
