At first this place was great but with the elevators not working, the pool now being closed till further notice, to the lack of leadership and brains in the leasing office and them raising the rent for a place that is ran pretty bad I’d recommend to find another place to stay at.

I have lived at this property for several months and wanted to share my experience for anyone considering moving here. The community looks nice at first glance, but the biggest issue has been maintenance and overall property management. Several maintenance requests took much longer than expected to resolve. For example, a cracked bathroom sink that was leaking water took approximately 30 days to repair. Other requests involving plumbing, appliances, and drains often took one to two weeks to ...
complete. In addition to maintenance delays, the property has experienced recurring elevator outages, gate malfunctions, pest issues, and package delivery concerns. Residents are frequently informed that staffing shortages are contributing to delays, but from a resident's perspective, the result is that routine repairs can take much longer than they should. I understand that every apartment community experiences maintenance issues from time to time. However, what I have experienced here has been a recurring pattern rather than isolated incidents. My recommendation to prospective residents is to ask detailed questions about maintenance response times before signing a lease. The apartment itself may look appealing during a tour, but ongoing service and maintenance support are equally important once you move in. Based on my experience, I would not choose to renew my lease or live here again.

Horrible place to live. Park on First contracted Valet Living to pick up trash from Sunday to Thursday on this property. My trash has been outside of my apartment since yesterday. I called the office and spoke to Myra today and she said that she was going to call them and find out what happened. My trash was not picked up tonight either. I walked on my floor and other tenant's trash was picked up by 9 pm but not mine. I have 2 trash bags on top of each other and some boxes broken down and they ...
still did not pick it up. Imagine paying $30 a month and your trash not being picked up.

Absolutely terrible experience living at park on first. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Culmination of terrible area, manure smell when you open the windows (hence it being on Zoo lane) and incredibly rude management ( multiple poor encounters) Will not be renewing my lease, really disappointed. And don’t get me started on the mail situation. In the first month of living at the apartment my roommate and I had 4 packages lost! The mail rooms are a mess with no order, people just pick through heaps of packages ...
that are sprawled on the floor of multiple rooms in multiple locations… and the mailbox numbers don’t match your apartment number (not a big deal but it’s the small things cmon). We now get our packages delivered to work where they know what they’re doing. I cannot dissuade you enough from living here when there are so many better options for so many reasons.

Great Place to Call Home

Park on First "a great place to call "home". Kimberly always greets you with a smile and is very helpful to our needs and is quick to attend to any problems that arise. She helped us move in quickly and felt like we were home. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. The apt are clean and spacious and very beautiful.

These apartments are truly a hidden gem in Santa Ana. They are beautiful inside and out. The clubhouse and fitness center are unbelievable. This is the nicest apartment I have ever lived in.
