Horrible Management
October 7, 2025Horrible place to live. Park on First contracted Valet Living to pick up trash from Sunday to Thursday on this property. My trash has been outside of my apartment since yesterday. I called the office and spoke to Myra today and she said that she was going to call them and find out what happened. My trash was not picked up tonight either. I walked on my floor and other tenant's trash was picked up by 9 pm but not mine. I have 2 trash bags on top of each other and some boxes broken down and they ...still did not pick it up. July 11, 2025Absolutely terrible experience living at park on first. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Culmination of terrible area, manure smell when you open the windows (hence it being on Zoo lane) and incredibly rude management ( multiple poor encounters) Will not be renewing my lease, really disappointed. And don’t get me started on the mail situation. In the first month of living at the apartment my roommate and I had 4 packages lost! The mail rooms are a mess with no order, people just pick through heaps of packages ...that are sprawled on the floor of multiple rooms in multiple locations… and the mailbox numbers don’t match your apartment number (not a big deal but it’s the small things cmon). We now get our packages delivered to work where they know what they’re doing. I cannot dissuade you enough from living here when there are so many better options for so many reasons.Property Manager Responded

Friendly Staff
March 25, 2024I love this community. I moved in about 2 months ago and It's been amazing. The office staff were such a huge help throughout the entire process. Great Place to Call Home
October 10, 2023Park on First "a great place to call "home". Kimberly always greets you with a smile and is very helpful to our needs and is quick to attend to any problems that arise. She helped us move in quickly and felt like we were home. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. The apt are clean and spacious and very beautiful.Property Manager Responded

Hidden Gem

You get what you pay for or do you?
July 5, 2023Are you allergic to dogs? Don’t go to the pool. Dogs are apparently allowed to swim as well. It’s totally ok to throw a few bath bombs in the hot tube for Instagram. Security patrols the leasing office via chair and TikTok. They tried and failed with this place. I had really high hopes for this place. They play music from 8AM to 10 PM, it’s not censored so watch little ears. 11 months to go, wish me luck!!!Property Manager Responded

May 12, 2023They get you in with all the amenities (most of which aren’t completed). You can’t leave your apartment at night due to the criminal activity. Maintenance is constantly removing graffiti. My car was hit in the parking structure and they just keep giving me the run around. Save your money and pick another location.Property Manager Responded
