LOVE where we live

March 7, 2025So far this has been the best apartment complex I have lived in. Very quiet. Gated community and everyone is friendly. I love that is right up the road from target and Publix. And it does mot take me long to get to work. I love the space in my apartment! I still can’t get over how much space I have. The fireplace was the cherry on top for me cause I always wanted a fire place. I like that both of my bedrooms have patio. But my favorite part about my apartment is the bathtub! I love how deep the ...bed tub is! Cause I love to soak in the tub! Literally two people can fit in the tub. I love this apartment!!
February 19, 2025I have lived at Park on the square for 6 months now and it has been nothing short of an amazing experience. Maintenance is always quick to respond to any issues I have had so far. The trash valet service is amazing as well as all the other services and amenities offered by the complex. The online platform they use to open various gates and doors on site is very handy. October 22, 2024I recently moved into Park on the Square and there are many great things about living here so far. The location is great, right next to grocery stores, restaurants, and UWF. The management is responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The apartment itself is spacious and I haven’t had an issue with noise. August 22, 2024I came in earlier this week to tour with my friend for her to get an apartment for January time frame. I wasn't really looking for anything for myself but after seeing the property and meeting with Miss Hayley and Miss Shannon I may be leaving my current roommate to get an apartment with my friend model apartment is gorgeous. Great place to be
January 18, 2024I've lived here for about a year and a half, and since new management, this has been a great apartment complex. Christina, Shannon, and Julie work in the front office and are all just really pleasant and helpful. They've taken the time to address and solve every question and concern I've had. The maintenance personnel have been great from the start; Abie and Marquise show up within minutes (day or night) following any maintenance request. Living here has been very low stress which is the best ...thing I could ask for with a busy job and little time to spend worrying about anything else. Also, the pool is great, my neighbors are nice, and the gym is stocked and clean. I'd say the only negative is the front gate is broken sometimes but that's almost always one of the resident's faults.
