So far this has been the best apartment complex I have lived in. Very quiet. Gated community and everyone is friendly. I love that is right up the road from target and Publix. And it does mot take me long to get to work. I love the space in my apartment! I still can’t get over how much space I have. The fireplace was the cherry on top for me cause I always wanted a fire place. I like that both of my bedrooms have patio. But my favorite part about my apartment is the bathtub! The trash valet service is amazing as well as all the other services and amenities offered by the complex. The online platform they use to open various gates and doors on site is very handy. I recently moved into Park on the Square and there are many great things about living here so far. The location is great, right next to grocery stores, restaurants, and UWF. The management is responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly.
The apartment itself is spacious and I haven’t had an issue with noise. The electronic locks and gated entry provide an extra layer of security, which is a huge plus as well!
