I Absolutely love it here!

I am a current resident here at Park 45 and I couldn't be happier. The ENTIRE staff is absolutely amazing. They are professional, caring, attentive, super fast at service request and has the best resident parties! Mrs. Tammy is absolutely amazing, genuine and truly cares about the residents. Run away far from these apartments!!!!

Run fast away from there... Luis is not helpful nor perfessional at all. I was late one time doing this Covid pandemic and they added late fees and in additional fees after I emailed him about it. After we signed an arrangement on what to pay. He will not give me any information for his supervisor or corporate office!!

My Observation so far
August 20, 2020
Luis is a God sent and he is very professional. However my gate is not programmed to my phone yet and I have been here for 2 months now soon to be 3. The other issue I have is with Ms.Megan every encounter with her has been unpleasant. I work long hours so I sometimes have the person I trust to handle things for me when I can’t, and the one time I sent that person in the office to do what I asked them to do ,she was rude to him asking questions that are of no concern to her. Today was the last ...
straw for me when she gave myself and my children a look that was very unprofessional and very unwelcoming. I pay a pretty large price for my apartment that I love by the way but the small imperfections need some adjustments. I have 10 more months here and I would like for them to be pleasant for the remainder of this time. I have referred several people I know to the complex because of its beauty so Luis and Park 45 are good with me, but Ms. Megan isn’t very friendly with people of color in the case of me and my family...... When I moved in she wasn’t in the office so I’m clueless to what the problem is all I know is imma make sure my rent and utilities are paid and I would like more welcoming and friendly vibe when I call and or come into the leasing office. Great Apartment!!

Apartments are perfect size and very spacious. The maintenance team is wonderful and very efficient when completing your maintenance request. We submitted our maintenance request and he not only fixed what was wrong but completed more things than we expected. Very nice community and overall great place to live!!

I LOVE IT!! BEST APARTMENTS I HAVE EVER LIVED IN.

Park45 is such a wonderful,nice and quiet place to live at. Andrea and Luis in the office are amazing. They are always there when I need them and doing fun things for the residents. The maintance man Sabastion is awesome he knows how to fix everything and is also there when I need him. I won't be moving out anytime soon. BEST APARTMENTS EVER!!!

Quiet, cheap and more

Great team. Always solve my queries. The same moments Same day. I have no complaints at all. The new owner is making new policies and making some additional changes to improve. Fair price, good neighborhood, easy access to freeway or shopping center

Bad place to live Since it became park 45

Do not rent from this apartment complex they harass you they add charges to you that you should not be charged I prove that there should not be charges on me and they still said well sorry about that that’s just the way it is. Worst place to live since it became park 45 Angel goodwin

HOME SWEET HOME

You wouldn't want to move out once you move in to this apartments! Because they simple amazing. The fact that they have 24 hours gym for people like me that is too busy having everything in one place it's a huge help like having laundry machines in unit I don't have to go out to do my laundry. I used to live in the East side of Houston and I was paying more than the price for one bedroom in this apartments complex and didn't have gym or laundry in unit so I'm definitely more than satisfied living ...
here so I recommend this place, you won't regret it!

I love to live in this apartments complex for so many reasons it's very sophisticated for a great price also the amenities are very convenient. I truly recommend this place to anyone it's very peaceful and safe and right now under a new Management the little bad details just getting better and better.

My opinion is absolutely positive

Five starts is not enough to show how happy I’m with Park 45, especially the people who live here are very friendly. The staff made me feel at home even though I’m from other the country! They haven’t finish the complex I can’t imagine how beautiful is going to be when they finish the construction. Everything is near to Park 45 you don’t have to drive far.
