It's all in what's important to you

The kids here rule. They dont pay the high rents but they do control the quality of life here for those that do. No rules and no supervision. So, if you want to hear your tv this is not the place for you. If you like to read, not the place for you. If you like to enjoy a quite dinner, not the place for you. Sit quietly on your deck, forget it. In addition there is the gouging rents, facilities paid for by tenants,pool, gym, clubhouse, that have been closed now for 7 months with no cost reduction ...
to tenants. The units are ok in that their pretty new. However, the front doors dont fit the frames, light and bugs come through the gaps. The plastic flooring that looks like wood is very cold and takes forever to dry when moped. There is no dining area in some and no garbage disposals and inadequate heat. Management is the best thing here in my view
