February 25, 2019I've always wanted to live here simply because of the location is outstanding and the fact all your utilities are included except for cable/internet . The only negative about these apartments the appliances are old.Review from Apartments.com
Parkbury Villa
September 18, 2013Main office ladies act like they are too busy for you. They were very rude when I was asking questions before we moved in. When signing the lease it seemed like she had better things todo. After that I have not talked to them once. Maintenance staff is amazing. They're a little awkward when they came to fix my washer. But everything else was fixed very fast and with no questions asked. Rent is fair. The fitness room is iffy. There is a lock on the door that doesn't always work. The machines are ...very dated. I love the location because we aren't near the students but are still close to store and major roads. Appliances are dated but work well. Electricity is included in rent. We have never had a noise problem. Overall I am very happy to be living here!Property Manager Responded
